Selected case studies of recent projects
I am proud to share here a selection of recent case studies of projects for which I wrote successful funding bids for clients.
2020, Antenatal Training Programme for Community Connections
I secured a grant of £16,000 European Social Funding for Community Connections. The grant will fund an Antenatal Training Programme for women in West Berkshire who speak little or no English. The training will support the women during pregnancy, help them make informed choices about childbirth and develop confidence in speaking English.
2017, Play equipment for Bradfield Primary School
A grant of £2000 from the Vibrant Villages funding scheme enabled Bradfield Primary School, West Berkshire, to complete the installation of new play equipment for their infant and junior playgrounds. I wrote the funding bid on behalf of the school.
2016, Bhajan Hunjan
Arts Council England awarded artist Bhajan Hunjan a grant to research and develop new work exploring new materials and techniques in public art. This resulted in a showcase of new work in the installation Re-Examining Practice at Bow Arts Gallery, London. I wrote the funding bid for Bhajan.
